Human-Centered Culture Highlighted Once Again at the Years of Service Awards

AGT once again reinforced its long-standing vision of “investing in people” through a meaningful event. This year’s traditional Years of Service Awards Ceremony was held in a warm and sincere atmosphere, centered around respect for dedication and loyalty.
The event began with delightful tunes by DJ Görkem Gülen from the Financial Planning team, creating an enjoyable afternoon ambiance. As employees from different shifts came together, the lively crowd was accompanied by the melodies of the AGT Music Band, adding energy and harmony to the celebration.
The ceremony was hosted by Merve Yılmaz, who joined the AGT family eight months ago, and Serkan Kılıç, one of AGT’s long-standing members with 12 years of experience.
In his opening speech, Chairman of the Executive Board Mr. Mustafa Söylemez emphasized that AGT’s people-centric approach remains its greatest strength, saying,
“Today, from production to management, the common ground we all share is the value we collectively bring to this great family.”
Following the opening remarks, Chairman of the Board Mr. Mehmet Söylemez took the stage to personally present special awards to employees who have completed 25 and 30 years of service. These heartfelt moments were met with applause as long-serving team members were invited on stage, with photographs capturing these memories for posterity.
The ceremony continued with Executive Board Members presenting awards to employees celebrating 20, 15, and 10 years of service, followed by the announcement of those completing 5 years at AGT. More than 300 employees received their letters of appreciation from their managers, standing as proud symbols of dedication, belonging, and continuity under the AGT roof.
Throughout the event, a spirit of sincerity and gratitude prevailed one that placed people firmly at the center. Each award represented not only AGT’s production strength but also its deep respect for the human contribution behind every achievement.
The ceremony concluded with an energetic performance by the AGT Music Club, filling the evening with joyful songs, friendly conversations, and shared memories. This special day once again reflected AGT’s unwavering belief in the value of people a principle that continues to define the company’s enduring success.
